Ingredients: 

50ml Blackberry Whisky Liqueur 

Apple Juice 

Ginger Ale 

Chopped Apple 

Method: 

Add some ice to a high ball glass 

Pour in the blackberry whisky liqueur 

Half fill the glass with apple juice and top with ginger ale.

1/2 carton of apple juice

1/2 carton of cranberry juice

1 orange chopped into chunks

1 cinnamon stock snapped in half

2 star anise.

Mulled wine sachet

Method

Heat through in a pan and serve with extra orange slices

Add a shot of Blackberry Whisky or Raspberry Gin for a delicious mulled winter warmer.

25ml Elderflower Cordial

Squeeze of half a lime

4 Fresh mint leaves

Soda Water

Topped with Prosecco

We recommend a regular high ball glass for this one, or a large jam jar!

Give the fresh mint a good slap on the back of your hand to help release the flavours. Add some ice to your glass, then the mint. Pour in the flavoured gin and elderflower cordial. Give it a good mix up. Squeeze in the lime juice. Add soda water to 3 parts fill the glass and then top with 25ml of Prosecco.
