We had a very exciting event at the beginning of the month. We had the opportunity to collaborate with another independent Yorkshire company, Soph’s cakes in Leeds! 

We decided to hold a gin and cake tasting event, so we developed a menu of 4 drinks, and Soph developed 4 cakes to go with them, some of them even used our handmade spirits! 

As many of you may know, our business started in a farmhouse kitchen, developing recipes in jam jars using little red berries! So we decided for our cocktail of the evening, to do a boozy iced tea, which all our guests made themselves using jam jars as a shaker. If you would like to try this cocktail at home, check out our 'Ow to sup it' section of the website, and look for Boozy Iced Tea!
