Tasting Notes - Light and very moreish. A subtle classic aromatic blend of hardy Juniper berry followed by a sweet and floral note that's evoked from the Yorkshire hand picked elderflowers followed by a smooth, crisp and refreshing cucumber flavour.
Best enjoyed as a double measure over a large amount of ice that's topped with either a premium tonic or cloudy fruit juice, we love lemonade or apple juice with ours, best garnished with a fresh slice of cucumber & sprig of mint! It's also great in any Gin cocktail recipe.
It's also good to know that we’re a small family business based in Yorkshire. Whenever possible all our fruits & herbs are locally sourced from ethical farmers who are just as passionate about the environment as we are. We also use fresh fruit, make no mistake, so your bottle might need a shake!
