Our  Lemon & Thyme Flavoured Gin is described as a herbal, savoury & subtly sweet Gin. 


Our Accidentally Vegan Lemon & Thyme Flavoured Gin is Made from our award-winning Signature London Dry Gin that we infuse with Yorkshire grown & hand picked thyme steeped in lemon infused Yorkshire spring water until it reaches the desired taste levels. All our Gin range is made from distilled fermented Sugar beets giving our Gin an incredibly smooth mouthfeel without the harsh alcoholic 'smack' that some Gins are renowned for - our Gin is so smooth, full of flavour & palatable that you could sup it over ice!

Tasting Notes -  With the base of our Spirit being sugar beet the taste is mildly sweet & sharp making our Lemon & Thyme Gin balanced, light and very moreish. A subtle classic aromatic blend of hardy Juniper berry followed by a unique and bold herbal Thyme aroma and a subtly sweet and citrusy lemon flavour - evoking memories of a proper Yorkshire herb garden. This is one for the savoury & herbal Gin lovers.


Best enjoyed as a double measure over a large amount of ice that's topped with a Mediterranean tonic or cloudy fruit juice, we love lemonade with ours, best garnished with a fresh slice of lemon & sprig of fresh or dried thyme! It's also great in any Gin cocktail recipe. 


It's also good to know that we’re a small family business based in Yorkshire. Whenever possible all our fruits & herbs are locally sourced from ethical farmers who are just as passionate about the environment as we are. We also use fresh fruit, make no mistake, so your bottle might need a shake!


Free standard shipping on ALL orders!


All our orders are sent with Royal Mail. Free standard shipping will be sent Tracked 48, and next day shipping will be sent Tracked 24.


Orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day.


Orders placed after 12pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the next working day.


Any order placed over the weekend or on a bank holiday will be dispatched the next working day.


We are closed between Christmas and New Year, any orders placed during this time will be dispatched the first week in January.


Please note, whilst we always aim to meet the timeframes mentioned above, occasionally there may be delays. If this is the case, you will be contacted via email.


We cannot accept responsibility for lost packages or packages that are requested to be left in a safe place or left with neighbours.


Every order is sent with a handwritten note. If you’d like a personalised message please drop an email to info@thelittleredberry.co.uk letting us know your order number and what message you'd like and we will do our best to accommodate your request.


Each step of the journey from farm to bottle is undergone by hand; this doesn’t stop there as each order is carefully wrapped, written and packaged by hand too!


We pride ourselves on attention to detail and it really is in the little things!
