To make fresh rhubarb puree, soften one chopped stick of rhubarb in a
small drop of water with a tablespoon of sugar and simmer until soft.
Then blend into a puree with a hand blender. This is a deluxe drink!
25 ml Rhubarb and Vanilla Vodka
50 ml Rhubarb Puree (Shop bought or freshly made)
Champagne or Prosecco to finish
