Our products are made using real fruit, whilst every effort is made to remove residue from fruit when bottling our drinks occasional clouding in can occur.
Each batch of liqueur or flavoured gin is tested for alcohol volume, whilst all our flavoured drinks are made to the same recipe each time, variances in colour and alcohol volume can appear from time to time. The majority of our drinks are 23%-25% alcohol volume and the volume will be displayed clearly on the bottle.

Terms & Conditions

By Purchasing from The Little Red Berry Co you agree that you meet the legal drinking age, (18 for UK residents). We reserve the right to cancel any orders if we believe they have been purchased by someone under the age of 18. We reserve the right to refuse any order without reason. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights. We regret we are unable to send products outside of Europe at the current time.

Our Guarantee

We give a guarantee that all our spirit drinks are handmade using high quality ingredients. All our products are batch tested to give the alcohol volume to the nearest 1% or less as approved by trading standards, for which we then hold a valid certificate for testing.

The Little Red Berry Co is owned by Rachel Jamieson and is operated as a Sole Trader.
All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate of 20%
Postage & packing will be added to your order to include the postage, packaging and VAT of those costs.
Orders & Dispatch
Orders will normally be despatched the same working day should the order be received before 14.00. At busy times of the year orders may be dispatch the following working day. Orders received on a weekend will be dispatched the next working day.
Should we be unable to dispatch your product within the given time scale for any reason, we will make contact with you on the details you have provided when ordering. You then have the right to cancel your order should you wish.
Please ensure you enter valid contact details.
Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled and our returns policy or missing order policy should then be applied.

Delivery Charges

All our products are sent second class Royal Mail postage. This postage is not tracked and no tracking number is provided.
All items are charged at £4.75 per parcel with a maximum of 2 x 35cl bottles in one parcel or 2 wellington boot shot glass gift boxes in one parcel. All other items are dispatched individually
70cl bottles will be sent individually unless ordered in quantities of 6 bottles (or multiples thereof) which will be sent via a 48 hour courier service.
35cl bottles will be dispatched separately or 2 per parcel unless in quantities of 6 bottles(or multiples thereof). which will be sent via a 48 hour courier service.
5cl bottles can be ordered in quantities of 20 bottles and will be sent by 48 hour courier.
All courier deliveries will be charged at £10.00 per one case of 6 bottles or one case of 20 miniature bottles.

*Due to new Royal Mail legislation only 2 bottles can be sent in anyone parcel. Please refer to Royal Mail for more details by clicking here.

Data Protection 

Any personal information we collect at The Little Red Berry Co and on www.thelittleredberry.co.uk  will be used to dispatch your order and correspond with you during that time. Any personal information we collect from our website will be used in accordance with the Data Protections Act 1998 and other applicable laws. No details will be passed onto third parties.
From time to time we may wish to make contact with you to inform you of new products and services provided by The Little Red Berry Co

Returns & Missing order Policy

Your products should reach you in good condition; bottles should not be cracked, scratched or broken. Leakages should not occur.
Should any of the above be apparent, please notify as soon as possible and no later than 7 days of receipt.
We will then do one of the following:
1.    Send you a new items should you wish
2.    Refund your payment if you prefer

Please dispose of broken glass carefully.

What if you have changed your mind?

No problem, if you have changed your mind please contact us on 01765 602 335 and we can suspend your order if it has not yet been despatched. We can’t cancel products that have already been dispatched, therefore receive the order when it arrives and then return it to us at the below address:

We are unable to refund returns that have been opened or where the tamper seal has been broken.

Parcels being returned to The Little Red Berry Co will be at the cost of the customer. Please ensure that parcels being returned to us are packaged sufficiently to prevent breakages. Parcels received broken due to insufficient packaging cannot be refunded.

A refund will be issued on receipt of the goods according to the above.

Missing orders

Parcels should take no longer than 4 to 5 working days to reach you. Should you believe that your parcel has not arrived within 5 working days please notify us within 10 days of your order being placed. At busy times of the year Royal Mail parcels can take an additional couple of days.

The Little Red Berry Co can then take action in re issuing the parcel or investigating its whereabouts.
