50ml Rhubarb and Sweet Cicely Flavoured Gin
1 lime (cut in to quarters)
10ml Sugar syrup
Ginger beer
Add Rhubarb and Sweet Cicely Flavoured Gin, 3 Lime wedges and Sugar syrup to a Rocks glass and gently muddle.
Fill Rocks glass 2/3 with crushed ice and 2/3 Ginger beer and stir well.
Top with crushed ice and garnish with Lime wedge.
