Boozy Iced Tea

A perfect drink for a boozy afternoon tea

INGREDIENTS NEEDED

  • 12ml Elderflower cordial 
  • 50ml Elderflower and cucumber gin
  • 50ml Lemon Iced Tea
  • 50ml Lemonade

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place lemonade and a slice of lemon in a teapot
  2. Chill a tall glass with ice
  3. Add iced tea, cordial and gin to a jar and shake
  4. Pour into the tea pot and leave to ‘brew’ for a minute
  5. Once ready, pour yourself a cuppa, and garnish with a lemon wedge!
